These techniques are designed to restore natural movement and alleviate pain in the feet, legs, and hips.

Techniques and Tools

Deep Bodywork and Joint Mobilization: Explore extensive methods to treat the lower extremities using the posterior line of the leg as a starting point, expanding to the hips, knees, feet, and legs.

Pain and Mobility Assessments: Assess and treat common complaints in the foot, knee, and hip, enhancing your palpation skills and body-reading capabilities.

Plantar Fascia Work: Learn diverse tools and techniques to effectively work with the plantar fascia.

Assisted Stretches: Master stretches for the feet, legs, and hips that enhance deep bodywork.

Muscular Focus: Detailed work on the Gluteus Medius and Minimus, Tensor Fascia Latae, Tibialis
Anterior, hamstrings, adductors, abductors, and quadriceps.

In this module, you will learn advanced techniques to treat the lower body, focusing on deep bodywork, joint mobilization, and Myofascial Release. These techniques are designed to restore natural movement and alleviate pain in the feet, legs, and hips.

We do not offer refunds.

If you need to change your attendance to this training, we will do our best to accommodate you through the option of attending a different MER training in the UK on a different date, based on availability and within a year of the original training. Please note that this option is not transferable to another person.

For processing change requests, please note that we require a minimum of 30 day's notice before the booked initial MER® training starts.
