It focuses on the integration of manual therapy, where you'll master the regulation of energy, breath, and movement in harmony with the client's breath. Each technique is clearly demonstrated with variations for easy application, ensuring you can incorporate these practices seamlessly into your sessions. You’ll also receive a comprehensive model session that show cases how to effectively implement these techniques for maximum results. Delve deep into breath evaluation through body-reading, examining the head and neck, ribcage, shoulders, and spine.

This approach uniquely combines deep and gentle bodywork with breath therapy, allowing you to work with each client's individual breath pattern and tailor your sessions to meet their specific needs. As you learn to breathe in an open, relaxed manner, both you and your clients will experience an enhanced state of energy known as "Activation." This vital energy helps uncover, release, and integrate physical, emotional, and mental patterns.
